How do I get started with Realite?
You can directly create an account on Realite yourself, and test our software for free for two weeks. You don't need to add payment details to do this.
Do I need internet to use Realite?
Yes, Realite is a web-based application that requires an internet connection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the application, go to your account settings, here you can indicate that you want to cancel your subscription.
Realite is not working as it should?
First of all, our apologies for the inconvenience. We would love to hear your feedback so that we can start working on improving Realite for you. Please send your feedback to info@realite.com or fill it in directly via our contact form if you would like to be called.
What kind of customer service does Realite offer?
Realite offers customer support to all of its users. We can be reached at info@realite.com or through our livechat. You can also fill out the contact form on our website including contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When will I be invoiced?
The billing date is the same every month as the day you took out your Realite subscription.
Is paying annually possible?
Yes, annual payments are certainly possible. You will get 10% discount if you choose this option.
Is my data safe with Realite?
We use and store selected data as part of our daily operations, and the Realite database is backed up daily so your data is always safe. If you wish to have your data deleted immediately, please make a request by emailing info@realite.com. Realite is fully GDPR compliant, you can find more information about this in our knowledge base.
